    To contact a seller on KALEOZ, you have multiple options to initiate a conversation using KChat. Here's a guide for contacting sellers:1. From the Product Listing Page:Click on "Chat with seller" below the seller's username to start a conversation with the seller directly. If the seller is offline, you will see "Leave message" instead. Click on it to leave a message for the seller.2. From the Product Page:After clicking on a specific product, navigate to the product page. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will find the seller's profile section. Look for the "Chat with Seller" (if the seller is online) or the "Leave Message"  (if the seller is offline). Click on it to start a conversation with the seller directly.3. From the My Orders Page:Go to the "My Orders" page, where all your orders are displayed.     1. Choose your game Sign in to KALEOZ or register a SEAGM ID on www.seagm.com. Choose the game you wish to browse by going to the BUY page or searching it directly from the search box. 2. Choose your item Use the filter to choose server, price and etc. Next, click the product title to go into the product page. Enter all the required information about your purchase and click “Add to cart”. 3. Complete checkout Check the items in your shopping cart and then click “Checkout” to make payment. 4. Receive Items Contact the seller via KChat to notify them of your order and wait for your item delivery.

    The rating for sellers is shown on the product page. The seller’s level is indicated by the number of hearts, diamonds, or crowns below the seller’s name. Please refer to the image below to further understand a seller’s tier. A seller’s rating is determined by the number of completed transactions. However, some sellers with lower ratings might just be new users. If they happen to offer an item with desirable pricing, you may consider purchasing from them. Despite a lower seller rating, users can still shop on KALEOZ safely as we offer complete protection from possible frauds or scams.
  • How do I rate a seller?

    After delivery is completed, buyers may rate the quality of service provided by the seller. You can also leave a comment or review, which will be shown to other future buyers that view the product.
  • Can I make orders from multiple different sellers in my shopping cart and check them out all at once?

    Yes, you can. The total sum of the order will be shown at the end of the ordering process.
  • Am I eligible for the in-game first-time top up bonus?

    1. Why is my payment attempts failed? Kindly note that our system uses a fraud solution to manage our credit card payments via Stripe. This solution uses AI and machine learning algorithms to determine whether accepting the payment is safe. The payment tends to fail/decline if our system detects a higher risk. 2. My payment goes through on the first order but is declined for the following order.
