Seller Rules and Regulations

  1. Sellers must deliver within the stipulated delivery speed time using the delivery method stated in the listed item's description.
  2. Sellers must capture screenshots both before and after each trade or record a video as evidence of delivery. The delivery evidence can be shared on the Order Details page in the Order Log section. For video evidence, you may email it to [email protected] with the subject of "Video Recording of Order KXXXXXXX."
  3. All communication and correspondences must go through KALEOZ.com using the Order Log messaging system and/or the KChat live chat system.
  4. Sellers may not use KALEOZ to provide offsite or personal offers::
    1. ALL ITEM listings cannot contain any description of the seller’s contact information
    2. NO personal contact information may be given to buyers through KChat
  5. For the offense of Rules 4.1 or 4.2, sellers will be given one warning ONLY. A second offense will result in immediate account suspension and the seller’s account balance and available balance will be frozen. KALEOZ.com reserves the right to reject any appeal or refund request.
  6. Sellers are not allowed to create more than 1 account to create fraudulent purchases by buying their own listed product(s). Any seller found doing so will be suspended without warning and will not be refunded any account balance or available balance
  7. Sellers are required to be courteous during all communications with a buyer. Any form of harassment including but not limited to threats of violence is prohibited. Buyers should immediately contact KALEOZ support if they encounter a seller who is at fault of this policy violation.
