When should I expect my refund?

Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your KALEOZ account. Here’s what the status means:

Refund status: Refunded

It means: Your order refund is complete on KALEOZ. The money has been processed and credited to your KALEOZ account balance.

NOTE: Do contact KALEOZ Support if you wish to refund the money back to your original form of payment/bank account. Some payment was not able to proceed back to the original method.

Using the table below, check on the duration of when you would receive your refund. The refund takes different amounts of time depending on how you made the original payment.

(i) Payment/order refunded before 11 am [GMT+8] will be processed on the same working day.
(ii) Payment refunded after 11 am will be processed in the next working day(s).

3. If a refund request is made on weekends, public holidays, or after 4 pm on Friday [GMT+8], it will be processed on Monday.
