If you have the requested product to trade, you may initiate the trade in-game with the buyer and proceed as usual.
If you no longer have the product to trade, or you ran out of stock, you may ask the buyer to click on “Request refund”. Then, you (as the seller) may click on “Agree refund” to finalize the order cancellation.
