All unpaid orders will expire in 1 hour. Customers are advised to make payment within 1 hour. If your order has expired, you can safely create a new order of the same item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For offline payments such as 3rd Party Internet Banking, ATM Transfer, or Cash Deposit Machines, you must contact KALEOZ Support to verify your payment. KALEOZ Support will manually claim your payment and add it to your KALEOZ balance.
