Step 1: Choose your desired item and add it to your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart and click "Pay Now" to proceed to the payment page.
Step 2: On the checkout page, choose "Offline Payment“. Select your desired bank from the list and click "Create Payment" to continue.
Step 3: Note down the provided bank account number and details.
Step 4: Open your TNG eWallet app. Go to Transfer > DuitNow > choose Transfer to Bank/E-Wallet Account. Select the Recipient Bank, input the Account Number, and click "Next" to proceed.
Step 5: Input the order amount or the amount you wish to transfer. Click "Confirm Transfer" and type in your 6-digit PIN to complete the transfer.
Step 6: Once the transfer is complete, kindly send the payment receipt to KALEOZ Support. Our support will verify your payment (usually takes 5-10 minutes). Once verified, your payment will be credited to your KALEOZ account balance.
Step 7: Go to the "My Orders" page, find your order, and click "Pay". On the checkout page, select "Pay with KALEOZ Account Balance" and enter your account password to complete the payment.
