How do I pay using Online Banking?

  1. Log in to your online banking portal/mobile banking app, and transfer the payment amount using the bank account information from the order checkout page.
  2. You may key in our support email, [email protected] at the recipient's email (optional) and let us know that you are transferring payment to us.
  3. Take a screenshot of the bank receipt or your transaction history for verification purposes.
  4. Contact our KALEOZ Support via Kchat to verify and confirm your payment. Once your payment is successfully received, your order will be processed.


For payment transactions made after 12:00 am (GMT+8), the customer must include our support email, which is [email protected] in the recipient's email column. This will enable us to receive and confirm the payment effectively.
