Step 1: Log in to your KALEOZ account and go to the "My Profile" page.
Step 2: Under User Information, click on the "Modify" beside your username.
Step 3: Enter your new username, and then click "✔" to save.
Note: If you are not a seller on KALEOZ, you have the flexibility to change your username at any time. However, if you are a seller, your username will be linked to your store and cannot be easily modified. If you have a valid reason for requesting a username change, please reach out to KALEOZ Support for further assistance. Please keep in mind that each seller is allowed only one username change, so it's important to choose a username that you will be satisfied with in the long run.
