Help! I accidentally clicked on “Delivered” when the order is not actually delivered yet. What can I do?

If you have the desired product to trade, you may initiate the trade in-game with the buyer, and proceed as usual.

If you currently do not have the product to trade, or you ran out of stock, you may ask the buyer to click on “Request refund”. Next, you as the seller may click on “Agree refund” for order cancellation.
