How to become a seller on KALEOZ?

To become a seller, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your registered KALEOZ account
  2. Then click on "Become a Seller Now" from the menus
  3. Read the seller identity verification carefully as highlighted in red below. All the informations provided must be correct and accurate as you are required to provide the identity documents as proof upon cashing out any of your earnings.

    Click on "submit seller verification" and then wait for the KALEOZ support to proceed with your request.

  4. Within 24 hours, you will receive a notification and ready to start selling!
How to become a Trusted Seller?

Any sellers can become a Trusted Seller! As long as you deliver the orders on time, and in the correct amount. In return, you will earn good reputations/ratings from buyers. Here is an example of Trusted Seller.

How do I contact the buyer?

Communication between buyers and sellers can be done via the KALEOZ Kchat by clicking the chat box below the buyer name.

How and when do I rate buyers?
  1. Go to “My sales orders”.
  2. Click on “Comment”.
  3. After that you may choose any of the ratings available and write a simple comment on the highlighted space. Click on “Post comment” to finalise.
How do I cancel an order?
  1. If the buyer requests for cancellation, or there is a mistake on your order listing and wish to cancel your order. You may click on “Refund to Buyer” for order cancellation.
How do I edit my product information?
  1. Go to “My Products”, click on the gear wheel icon on the side and then “Edit item”.
  2. After getting all the info modified, click on “Save and post item” and you are ready to go. Otherwise, you may click “Save as my item” and post it later.
What should I Include in my item descriptions?

Your item’s descriptions must be relevant and concise according to the item you’re selling. Please make sure that the info must be correct to prevent any possible misunderstanding or inconvenience.

It is always good to include your online time and downtime in accordance to your local timezone, so that the buyer would know when to expect you to deliver the items.

How do I withdraw funds?

To withdraw funds, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your registered KALEOZ account, and then “Withdraw funds”.
  2. You will then be directed to the Withdrawal method page with all the payment channels available for you. Click on the withdrawal method you prefer the most to proceed the funds withdrawal.
  3. After submitted the withdrawal, Kaleoz will process the refund within 1 working day/24 hours.

Please note that your fund might not be reflected or updated or available immediately. It might take several working days to process and processing time might vary depending on payment method.

Help! I accidentally clicked on “Delivered” when the order is not actually delivered yet. What can I do?

If you have the desired product to trade, you may initiate the trade ingame with the buyer, and proceed as usual.

If you currently do not have the product to trade, or you ran out of stock, you may ask the buyer to click on “Request refund”. Next, you as the seller may click on “Agree refund” for order cancellation.

Help! I have delivered the order to the buyer but the buyer insists that he did not receive the delivery. What can I do?

If the buyer has already submitted a request for KALEOZ support, an investigation will be carried out. Please note that you are required to provide ALL of the screenshot/video evidence related to the order delivery so that the investigation conducted can be fair and precise. Both parties will be notified by the KALEOZ support once there is a resolution.
